Great information! There is so much more to know than the USDA food pyramid or My Plate will ever be capable of sharing. The RDA is also of little help. Thanks!

Yes, there is also evidence that the government run Institute of Medicine makes errors in determining the RDA of vitamin D and purposely does not correct their guidance, https://www.theepochtimes.com/why-are-we-so-vitamin-d-deficient_3367030.html

It is shocking to find out their recommendations are that low and they don’t care! Thanks for the link to The great article in Epoch Times! I like how you expose the misconceptions and who is behind them. It makes me want to study more about how to optimize my nutrition. Quality of life depends on knowing the facts.
